Over thirty six (36) years experience has been gained in Office Administration and Management, Project Design and Contract Administration including design work, specification development & writing, code analysis, construction administration, project scheduling and budget cost development, task development and personnel assignments, production budget development and adherence to projected project cost and accounting procedures responsibilities. Also from 1985 – 2004 experience was gained in providing expert testimony in numerous arbitrations and court cases including Federal Court in New Orleans and Civil Courts in Orleans and surrounding Parishes.

January 1996 – December 2005 Private Forensic Investigation Consultant -Work experience with forensic investigative work, using non destructive and destructive testing procedures, determining, tracking and the eliminating water infiltration through roofing systems, exterior masonry walls, exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), and plaza decking systems in commercial buildings.
